Returns & Replacements

WE DO accept returns of unused and unopened product within 7 days of the original ship date. A 30% re-stocking fee on orders of $250 or less and 25% on $251 or more will apply. Shipping costs are not refundable. THIS IS IMPORTANT: YOU MUST HAVE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) PRIOR TO THE RETURN BEING ACCEPTED of any merchandise for any reason!

Irregularities of shipped merchandise will be replaced or refunded. Notification is required within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions.

We love the post office. They do great work, but they don’t always keep us in the loop. Blinky Lady, LLC is not responsible for items sent that aren’t received. A valid tracking number on your returned merchandise is required. All issues with return shipping are the responsibility of the buyer and all shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.
